RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return policy makes it easy to exchange or return your items.

​Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Golf equipment must be free of wear, damage, or alterations.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • "Final Sale" items.

  • Accessories (Hats & Beanies).

  • Gift cards.

 

Process:

  1. Initiate a return via email to info@santrapgolf.com.

  2. Securely pack items in original or suitable packaging.

  3. Attach the prepaid return label (shipping fees may apply unless due to defect/error).

 

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Gift card purchases will be refunded as store credit.

  • Exchanges subject to availability; specify desired replacement during return.

 

Defective/Incorrect Items:
Contact info@santrapgolf.com within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
